1. Research
The first stage of the Design Thinking process is to research an empathic understanding of the problem you are trying to solve. This consists of consulting experts to find out more about the creative area to be focused through observing, engaging and thought perspective from an users angle to understand their experiences and actions, as well as placing yourself in the physical environment so you can gain a deeper personal understanding of the issues involved. This is a human-centered design process in Design Thinking, and this helps to gain insight into users and their needs.
Depending on clients, the information is gathered at this stage to use during the next stage and to develop the best possible creative output for the clients according to their needs.
2. Conceptualization
We put together the information gathered to analyze your problems and our observations and form the framework of the output to define and address the core point that your business wants to establish or leave a mark on. The designers in our team gather great ideas to establish features, functions, and any other elements that will allow them to address your requirements. Lot of Ideation occurs in this phase, by asking questions which can help you look for ideas for solutions. We present wireframes for client's review at the end of this process
3. Design Prototype
We know that every business needs a different strategy and we invest our time to get to know your business. Our clients are our partners; we research about the product or service that our clients offer. We capture the essence of your business and create ideas to establish yourself and meet your requirements, to solve your problems with our creative solutions. We present our ideas and wireframes in accordance with the client's brand guidelines to the client at the end of this phase for client's feedback and suggestions.
4. Delivery
We will attend to the final details and suggestions from the client and begin working on the aspects to be addressed. Once the clientgives final approval, it is time for us to work on the product or service to ensurethe deliverable from our side is of an optimum standard and quality. We generate the output within the discussed time frame and check for its standards and once all the requirements have been met. The final product is delivered to the client.
